This policy describes information processed by Best AI Rap Video when you use the video creator.
Information we process
- Account details needed to sign in and associate a video job with your account.
- Prompts, optional reference images, task status, and generated video results needed to provide the creator.
- Credit and checkout records when credit purchases are enabled.
- Technical and security information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
How information is used
We use this information to authenticate users, submit and deliver requested video jobs, manage credits, apply safety checks, secure the service, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
The current application can use Google for sign-in, Sightengine to screen uploaded images, Waffo Prompt Sift to review prompts, Yir to process video generation requests, and Cloudflare for hosting, database, and media storage. When checkout is enabled, the configured payment provider processes payment details under its own terms. Providers receive information needed to perform their services.
Uploaded and generated media
Reference images are checked by the configured image safety provider before storage and generation. Prompts are checked before a job is submitted. Uploaded and generated media may be stored with the account and job records needed to provide the service. Generated videos are not automatically screened before they are first shown in the current application.
Retention and security
We retain account, job, safety, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service, protect it, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. No online storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and contact
Do not submit content unless you have permission to use it. For privacy requests or questions, contact contact@best-airapvideo.com. Do not include passwords, payment card data, or illegal or sensitive media in an email.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when a revision is published.
